HuntHeat electrically heated vest

When is a heated vest useful?

A heated vest is especially useful when you sit in a hide or stand still for long periods. It adds warmth under your hunting jacket, while the outer jacket protects against the weather. The vest can also be used for fishing, dog training, riding, camping and outdoor work.

Wear it as a mid layer under your jacket. Adjust the heat to the weather and your activity level, and turn it down once you've reached a comfortable temperature.

15 heating zones and three heat levels

The 15 integrated carbon fibre heating zones are spread across the upper body. The heating area is approx. 2,325 cm². The heat is adjusted on the vest with three settings: low at approx. 35 °C, medium at approx. 45 °C and high at approx. 55 °C. The temperatures are approximate; the perceived warmth also depends on your other clothing and the conditions.

USB power bank and power consumption

The vest uses a separate 5 V USB power bank. At the highest heat level the output is approx. 8.85 W, equivalent to approx. 1.77 A at 5 V. Make sure the power bank's USB output can deliver the required current.

With a 10,000 mAh power bank, the runtime is approx. 2 hours on high, 3 hours on medium and 4 hours on low heat. Power bank sold separately. Runtime also depends on temperature and use. You can buy a 10,000 mAh power bank from HuntersMarket.

Temperature control and washing

The built-in NTC temperature system helps control the temperature in the heating system. The vest is machine washable once the power bank has been removed. Always follow the washing instructions in the vest; use a gentle cycle, preferably with a laundry bag, and let the vest air dry. The USB connector must be completely dry before you reconnect power.
